Shipping Information
Our products are custom made to order. With on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing.
Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
All shipping times are estimates from the printer.
Return & Exchanges
Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Photographic proof may be required.
Exchanges
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept size/color exchanges.
Misdelivery
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
